e AN ORDINANCE
E TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE OF ELGIN , ILLINOIS,
ENTITLED , TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE , AS IT PERTAINS TO
STREETS ON WHICH PARKING IS PROHIBITED ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN ,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Article X of Chapter 17 of the City
Code of Elgin , be , and the same hereby is , amended by
excluding from streets designated under Section 17-1003 , on
which parking is prohibited , for a period of twelve ( 12)
months from the effective date of this Ordinance , the following
street , to-wit :
Weatherstone Lane , on the South Side thereof .
Section 2e That parking will again be prohibited on
the south side of Weatherstone Lane effective Twelve ( 12)
months from the date of this Ordinance , unless further action
is taken by the Council pertaining thereto .
Section 2 , That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be , and the same hereby are , repealed and
of no further force and effect.
eft Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be effective from
and after its passage as provided by law , and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council ,
