rw AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE OF ELGIN , ILLINOIS , EN-
TITLED TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE , AS IT PERTAINS TO LIMITED
PARKING AREAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN ,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Article X of Chapter 17 of the City Code
of Elgin , be , and the same hereby is , amended by adding to
paragraph ( c) of Section 17- 1004, designating streets and
places upon which parking is limited to two hours at any one
time between certain hours , the following:
Municipal off-street parking lot situated at the
North East corner of the intersection of Spring Street
and East Chicago Street.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be , and the same herein/ are , repealed and
of no further force and effect .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be effective from
and after its passage as provided by law and shall be published
in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council .
