AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE OF ELGIN , ILLINOIS , EN-
TITLED TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE , AS IT PERTAINS TO STREETS
ON WHICH PARKING IS PROHIBITED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN ,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Article X of Chapter 17 of the City Code
of Elgin , be , and the same hereby is , amended by adding to
the streets designated under Section 17-1003 , on which parking
is prohibited, the following:
Cooper Avenue , on the North side thereof, between
North Spring Street and Prospect Street.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be , and the same hereby are , repealed and
of no further force and effect.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be effective from
and after its passage as provided by law , and shall be published
in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council .

Ordinance Providing for Two Hour Parking at
Temporary City Hall Parking Lot
Councilman Barber made a motion, seconded by Councilman Santanni to pass an ordinance
limiting parking to two hours at the temporary City Hall parking lot. Yeas: Council-
men Barber, Rauschenberger, Santanni and Mayor Aift. Nays: None.
