AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE S-551 TO CHANGE THE TIME OF THE REGULAR
MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Paragraph 1 of Ordinance S-551 passed on May 2,
1955, providing for the holding of regular meetings be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
That the regular meetings of said City Council shall be held in
the Council Chamber in the City Hall on the second and fourth
Thursdays of each month at the hour of 7:30 P. M.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage as provided by law and shall be published in pamphlet
form by authority of City Council.
