AN ORDINANCE
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO, S-767 PASSED NOVEMBER 12, 1964.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin, Illinois, passed
Ordinance No. S-767 on November 12, 1964, purporting to vacate a portion
of Ludlow Place in the City of Elgin, Cook County, I.l.linois, and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the vacated street in said ordim
nance did not fully set out the subdivisions in or through which said
vacated street was platted and said ordinance should be repealed iri order
that an ordinance with the correct legal description may be passed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. S-767, passed November 12, 1964,
be and the same hereby is repealed and of no further force and effect.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be effective from and after its
passage as provided by law and shall be published in pamphlet form by
authority of the City Council,
