RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers' compensation case of Jeffrey Adam, Case No. 15
WC 4703, in the total amount of$183,842.50 is approved.
