RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALE CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF 1465 ROYAL BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Richard G. Kozal, City Manager, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a real estate contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with
Matthew A. Kobal and Jeremy A. Kobal for the purchase of the property commonly known as
1465 Royal Boulevard for $250,000.00, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
