RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers'compensation cases of Robert O'Quinn,Case No. 15
WC 25931 and 15 WC 8517, in the total amount of$45,960.63 is approved.
