RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers' compensation case of Joseph Farnin, Case No. 17
WC 6797, in the total amount of$54,124.50 plus the Medicare Set-Aside Account of$9,047.00 is
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed settlement of the pending workers'
compensation case of Mike Hutton, Case No. 17 WC 8428, in the total amount of$48,448.75 is
approved.
