RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE NEW PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
THE PONDS OF STONY CREEK
(4001 McDonald Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby approves the new preliminary plat for The Ponds of Stony Creek for Units 1, 2, 3
and 4 prepared by CEMCON, Ltd., with a last revision date of October 13, 2017. The approval
granted by this resolution is tentative in nature, involving the general acceptability of the layout as
submitted,and shall not qualify the plat for recording. Application for final approval shall be made
not later than one year after the date of this resolution and must be supported by such drawings,
specifications and monetary assurance as may be necessary to demonstrate compliance with
applicable statutes and ordinances.
