RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers' compensation case of Nick Walker, Case No. 17
WC 10985, in the total amount of$49,030.14 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed settlement of the pending workers'
compensation case of Benjamin P. Rinenbach, Case No. 16 WC 22462, in the total amount of
$169,924.50 is approved.
