RESOLUTION
ADOPTING THE THREE-YEAR FINA I CIAL PLAN
WHEREAS, strategic goals and policies for the community were formulated from
extensive dialogue and incorporated into the 2019 Budget and P 019-2021 Financial Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted exte sive budget reviews and policy
discussions throughout the months of November and December ; and
WHEREAS, the Proposed 2019 Budget and 2019-2021 Financial Plan have been placed
on file for public review with the City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that the Three-Year Financial P1.1 is hereby adopted as a policy
document of the city as an additional guide for strategic plann'ng and operations.
