BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers'compensation case of Cyril Mikelson,Case No. 17
WC 25225, in the total amount of$56,293.57 is approved.
