BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers'compensation case of Christopher Harris,Case No.
16 WC 38348, in the total amount of$174,415.50 is approved.
