RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR WATERMAIN PURPOSES
(1380 Madeline Lane)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the public improvements at
1380 Madeline Lane for watermain purposes. Acceptance of the public improvements will add
the following city-maintained facilities: approximately 2,994 lineal feet of 8-inch watermain; four
valves in four-foot vaults; eight fire hydrants, and all their respective appurtenances.
