RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Cynthia Applehoff-Siedsma be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Health
for a term to expire May 1, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Bryan Blazer be and is hereby appointed as a member
of the Board of Health for a term to expire May 1, 2019.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Alexander Fiebig be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee for a term to expire September 30,
2017.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Patrick Ainsworth be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee for a term to expire September 30,
2018.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Bill Wolf be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Emergency Telephone System Board (E-911) for a term to expire May 1, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that George Rowe, Brian Anderson, and John Marston be
and are hereby reappointed as members of the Elgin Heritage Commission for terms to expire May
1, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Rebecca Hunter (at large), William Ristow
(Spring/Douglas), and Dennis Roxworthy (D.C. Cook/Lovell) be and are hereby reappointed as
members of the Heritage Commission Design Review Subcommittee for terms to expire May 1,
2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lynne Diamond (National Watch) be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Heritage Commission Design Review Subcommittee for a term to
expire May 1, 2019.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Fred Moulton and Marino Lamantia be and are hereby
reappointed as members of the Parks and Recreation Board for terms to expire May 1, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Christina Aagesen be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Sustainability Commission for a term to expire May 1, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dave Waden be and is hereby appointed as a member
of the Sustainability Commission for a term to expire June 1, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Erik Anderson be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Sustainability Commission for a term to expire June 1, 2020.
