RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT 2650 AUTO MALL DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the public improvements at
2650 Auto Mall Drive. Acceptance of the public improvements will add the following city-
maintained facilities: 2,793 lineal feet of eight-inch watermain;two valves in four-foot vaults;one
valve in a five-foot vault; eight fire hydrants; 114 lineal feet of 36-inch RCP storm sewer; one
storm manhole and all their respective appurtenances.
