RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT 980 LAMBERT LANE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the public improvements at
980 Lambert Lane. Acceptance of the public improvements will add the following city-maintained
facilities: 213 lineal feet of eight-inch sanitary sewer; one sanitary manhole and all their respective
appurtenances.
