RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A
PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PURPOSES AND
FOR CITY EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS PURPOSES
FROM MACIEJ SPIECHOW

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Plat of Easement for stormwater management purposes and for city easement
for public improvements purposes from Maciej Spiechow regarding the property legally described on
said plat, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
said Plat of Easement for 980 Lambert Lane to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cook County, Illinois.
