RESOLUTION
TERMINATING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF ELGIN
AND THE ELGIN AREA CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
the agreement between the City of Elgin and the Elgin Area Convention and Visitors Bureau entitled
"Working Partnership Agreement To Support Convention and Visitors Bureau Operations"approved
by the City Council on March 9, 1988, and amended pursuant to the amendment dated October 31,
1988, and any other previous agreements between the City of Elgin and the Elgin Area Convention
and Visitors Bureau which may still be in effect, be and are hereby terminated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Manager, Richard G. Kozal, be and is hereby
authorized to execute all documents associated with the termination of such agreements.
