RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers' compensation cases of Brian Zweig, Case No. 14
WC 39547 and 15 WC 39393, in the total amounts of$47,202.39 and $21,275.33 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed settlement of the pending workers'
compensation case of Mickey Widtfeldt,Case No. 16 WC 11025,in the total amount of$113,283.00
is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed settlement of the pending workers'
compensation case of Corey Johnson, Case No. 16 WC 1273, in the total amount of$44,142.61 is
approved.
