RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers'compensation cases of Allan Holder, Case No. 14
WC 39551 and 14 WC 42882, in the total amount of$165,458.25 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed settlement of the pending workers'
compensation case of Eric Hopp, Case No. 12 WC 11135, in the total amount of$41,746.80 is
approved.
