RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the claim of Sandra Gilson(15 L 545) in the total amount of$65,000 is
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the proposed settlement of the claims related to James Maloney (508 River Bluff
Road, DOL: 6-6-2016) in the total amount of$26,936.82 is approved.
