RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PLAT OF VACATION OF CERTAIN UTILITY
AND OTHER EASEMENTS IN THE RANDALL ROSE AUTO MALL SUBDIVISION
(Part of Lots 8 and 9)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are
hereby authorized to execute a Plat of Vacation of certain public utility easements in part
of Lots 8 and 9 of the Randall Rose Auto Mall Subdivision prepared by Manhard
Consulting Ltd. dated April 11, 2016, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the plat of vacation to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
