RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
IN EDGEWATER SUBDIVISION PHASE 4-FIRST RESUBDIVISION (NORTH PORTION)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the public improvements in the
Edgewater Subdivision Phase 4-First Resubdivision (North Portion). Acceptance of the public
improvements will add the following city-maintained facilities: approximately 3,694 lineal feet of
8-inch watermain; 9 valves in 4-foot vaults; 13 fire hydrants; 2,504 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary
sewer; 19 sanitary manholes; and all their respective appurtenances.
