RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT
FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE ACCESS PURPOSES ON
THE RAIL SPUR AND GIFFORD 300 PARCELS
FROM RAIL SPUR, LLC AND GIFFORD 300, LLC FOR THE GRABER SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a plat of easement prepared by Mackie Consultants, LLC dated December
9, 2015 entitled Gifford 300-Rail Spur Plat of Easement for stormwater management and
maintenance access purposes from Rail Spur, LLC and Gifford 300, LLC for the benefit of the
Graber Subdivision, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
cause the plat of easement to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County,
Illinois.
