RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PLAT OF VACATION OF STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 1 IN GRABER SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are
hereby authorized to execute a Plat of Vacation of stormwater management easement
within Lot 1 in Graber Subdivision prepared by Mackie Consultants, LLC dated
December 9, 2015, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the plat of vacation to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
