AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A
PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR CONSERVATION, STORMWATER MANAGEMENT,
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT ACCESS AND WATER MAIN PURPOSES
FROM TYLER CREEK ELGIN, LLC

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Plat of Easement for conservation, stormwater management, stormwater
management access and water main purposes from Tyler Creek Elgin,LLC for the property legally
described on Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
the plat of easement for conservation,stormwater management,and stormwater management access
and water main purposes to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County,
Illinois.
