RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN RANDALL ROSE AUTO MALL SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the landscaping public
improvements within the Randall Rose Auto Mall Subdivision. Acceptance of the public
improvements will add 128 parkway trees as city-maintained facilities. This acceptance of the
landscaping public improvements within the Randall Rose Auto Mall Subdivision is also subject to
the terms and conditions of the Fourth Amendment to the Development Agreement dated January 27,
2016,between the City of Elgin and Forecom Challenger, Inc., et al.
