RESOLUTION
REAPPOINTING KIMBERLY A. DEWIS AS CITY CLERK
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Kimberly A. Dewis has heretofore been appointed City Clerk of the City of
Elgin, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and members of the City Council concur in the reappointment of
Kimberly A. Dewis as City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Kimberly A. Dewis be and is hereby reappointed to the office of
City Clerk of the City of Elgin with all power, authority and duty of the office of City Clerk, as
established by the statutes of the State of Illinois and ordinances of the City of Elgin.
