AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF TWO SPEEDALERT 24 RADAR MESSAGE SIGNS
FROM ALL TRAFFIC SOLUTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Sean R. Stegall,City Manager,be and is hereby authorized and directed to purchase two SpeedAlert
24 Radar Message Signs and related equipment from All Traffic Solutions for the total amount of
$30,000,pursuant to the quotation therefor dated April 14,2015,a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
