RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE EDGEWATER SUBDIVISION PHASE 4
(South Portion)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the public improvements within the
Edgewater Subdivision Phase 4 South Portion. Acceptance of the public improvements will add the
following city-maintained facilities: approximately 4,661 lineal feet of 8-inch watermain; 14 valves
in 4-foot vaults; 15 fire hydrants; 6,575 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer; 33 sanitary manholes;
and all their respective appurtenances.
