BILL OF SALE
The Seller, City of Elgin, an Illinois municipal corporation, in consideration of six hundred three and
00/100 dollars ($603.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby sell, transfer and deliver to the Buyer, F. John Steffen, the Seller's
right, title and interest in and to the following described item:
Apple MacBook Pro Retina (15-inch, Early 2013), Serial No. CO2KF7XBFFTO
Seller certifies that it is the lawful owner of said items, that it has the right to sell said items, and
that it will warrant and defend the title of same against the claims and demands of all persons
whomever.
Buyer acknowledges receipt of this Bill of Sale and understands there is no guarantee or warran-
ty, expressed or implied, with respect to the above-described items. Buyer understands and
acknowledges that the above-stated items are being sold in "as is" condition.
