RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PLAT OF VACATION OF UTILITY
EASEMENT, CITY EASEMENT AND PUBLIC UTILITY AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR RANDALL POINT BUSINESS PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are
hereby authorized to execute the Plat of Vacation of Utility Easement, City Easement and
Public Utility and Drainage Easement for Randall Point Business Park, prepared by Jacob
& Hefner Associates, Inc. dated January 30, 2013 and last revised April 17, 2014, a copy
of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the Plat of Vacation of Utility Easement, City Easement and Public
Utility and Drainage Easement for Randall Point Business Park to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
