RESOLUTION
REAPPOINTING COLLEEN LAVERY AS CITY TREASURER
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Colleen Lavery has heretofore been appointed City Treasurer of the City of
Elgin, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and members of the City Council concur in the reappointment of
Colleen Lavery as City Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Colleen Lavery be and is hereby reappointed to the office of City
Treasurer of the City of Elgin with all power, authority and duty of the office of City Treasurer,
as established by the statutes of the State of Illinois and ordinances of the City of Elgin.
