RESOLUTION
RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF A DONOR CERTIFICATE
FOR STATE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TAX CREDITS
ON BEHALF OF HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF NORTHERN FOX VALLEY
IN CONNECTION WITH THE PREVIOUS CONVEYANCE OF 467 DIVISION STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby ratifies and approves the execution of a donor certificate by Ed Schock, Mayor, for State
Affordable Housing Tax Credits on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley in
connection with the previous conveyance of 467 Division Street,a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
