10-113 Resolution No. 10-113 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT OF RESIGNATION, APPOINTMENT AND ACCEPTANCE WITH JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AND THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Agreement of Resignation, Appointment and Acceptance with JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. on behalf of the City of Elgin in connection with the Questek Manufacturing Corporation Project, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
