BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby approves the final plat prepared by Haeger Engineering L.L.C. dated February 15,
2007, and last revised July 16, 2008, for the Randall Commons Subdivision.
