RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN PLATS
FOR VARIOUS DEVELOPMENTS IN THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock, Mayor, and Diane Robertson, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute certain plats for the following properties:
1) 1355 Bowes Road
2) 355 Dundee Avenue
3) 2701 Highland Woods Boulevard
4) 1925 Holmes Road
5) 1360 Madeline Drive
6) 500 N. McLean Boulevard
7) 2505 Millennium
8) 2155 Point Boulevard
9) 617 S. Randall Road
10)3290 Route 20
11)2780 Spectrum
12)751 N. State Street
13)2370 Vantage Drive
14)920 Villa Street
15)932 Villa Street
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
the plats to be recorded in the offices of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois, and Cook
County, Illinois.
