ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE
THE OTTER CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWER
PHASE 4A AND 4B
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that
the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance the Otter Creek Interceptor Sewer,
Phase 4A and 4B.
