RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF A KANE COUNTY DIVISION
OF TRANSPORTATION HIGHWAY PERMIT REGARDING
BOWES ROAD OFFSITE WATER MAIN EXTENSION
(Bowes Creek Country Club)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby ratifies and approves the execution of a Kane County Division of Transportation Highway
Permit by Ed Schock,Mayor,regarding the Bowes Road offsite water main extension(Bowes Creek
Country Club), a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
