BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Land Surveying Services Inc.dated February 23,2004 and
revised September 28, 2004, October 5, 2004, October 11, 2004 and March 3, 2005 for Fox Bluff
Corporate Center.
