RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR SHADOW HILL UNIT 2
(3625 and 3650 Water Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Cemcon, Ltd. dated September 17, 2004 and revised
February 22, 2005 for Shadow Hill Unit 2,provided, however, that the property owner of Shadow
Hill Unit 2,or any successor in interest,shall not convey any individual lots or dwelling units within
Shadow Hill Unit 2 until a backup special service area for stormwater management facilities and
other common area improvements is established for Shadow Hill Unit 2.
