RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR SHADOW HILL UNIT 1B
(3625 and 3650 Water Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Cemcon, Ltd. dated September 28, 2004 and revised
March 4,2005 for Shadow Hill Unit 1B,provided,however,that the property owner of Shadow Hill
Unit 1B, or any successor in interest, shall not convey any individual lots or dwelling units within
Shadow Hill Unit 1B until a backup special service area for stormwater management facilities and
other common area improvements is established for Shadow Hill Unit 1B.
