BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Manhard Consulting, Inc. dated August 2, 2004 with a
final revision date of February 15, 2005, for Edgewater Subdivision Phase 1.
