05-66 Resolution No. 05-66 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5 IN THE CONTRACT WITH GILBANE BUILDING COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CENTRE WHEREAS,the City of Elgin has heretofore entered into a contract with Gilbane Building Company for construction management services for The Centre; and WHEREAS,it is necessary and desirable to modify the terms of the contract as is described in Change Order No. 5, attached hereto.
