RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Lee Rance be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Housing Authority of Elgin, for a term to
expire December 1, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Carol Spoden be and is hereby appointed as a member of
the Board of Health, for a term to expire May 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Pete Garlock be and is hereby appointed as a member of
the Hemmens Advisory Board to fulfill the unexpired term of Kim Bless,for a term to expire May 1,
2006.
