RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Jon Johnson be and is hereby reappointed as a member of the Building Commission, for a term to
expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Thomas Lohbauer be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Electrical Committee, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ronald Ruffie be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Electrical Committee, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that J. Patrick Hudgens be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the HVAC Committee, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that James J. Burns be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Elgin Emergency Telephone System Board(E-911),for a term to expire May 1,2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ed Shannon be and is hereby appointed as a member of
the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dr. Ronald L. Hirsch be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Board of Health, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Dr. Franz Stockmann be and is hereby retained as a
member of the Board of Health notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet minimum
attendance requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Rich Jacobs be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Brenda Rodgers be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kathleen A. Weber be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Hemmens Advisory Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Shelly R. Z. Barnett be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Heritage Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Betsy Couture be and is hereby appointed as a member
of the Heritage Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paul Durrenberger be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Heritage Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ina R. Dews be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Human Relations Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Susan Moylan be and is hereby reappointed chairman of
the Image Advisory Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mohammed Iqbal be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
-BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Fran Wieser be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Image Advisory Commission, for a term to expire.May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Tricia L. Dieringer be and is hereby appointed as a
member of the Image Advisory Commission, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that John Walters be and is hereby reappointed as a member
of the Local Liquor Control Commission, for a term to expire April 30, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Carl Missele be and is hereby appointed as a member of
the Parks and Recreation Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Karen Sauter be and is hereby appointed as a member of
the Parks and Recreation Board, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Genevieve Dolan be and is hereby retained as a member
of the Parks and Recreation Board notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet
minimum attendance requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Christine Awe be and is hereby appointed 8 a member
of the Planning and Development Commission to fulfill the unexpired term of Susan Angell-Case,
for a term to expire July 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Patrick Hines be and is hereby retained as a member of
the Property Maintenance Board of Appeals notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to
meet minimum attendance requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ann Stuart be and is hereby retained as a member of the
Property Maintenance Board of Appeals notwithstanding such member' s previous failure to meet
minimum attendance requirements.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Fredrick W. Radloff be and is hereby reappointed as a
member of the Board of Examiners of Stationary Engineers, for a term to expire May 1, 2008.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Beth A. Kruger be and is hereby appointed as.a member
of the Zoning and Subdivision Hearing Board to fulfill the unexpired term of Michael Hilker, for a
term to expire July 1, 2006.
