RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR THE RESERVE
(2705 Bowes Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Manhard Consulting,Inc. dated July 30,2003 with a final
revision date of March 17,2004 for The Reserve,provided,however,that the property owner of The
Reserve,Pulte Homes,or any successor in interest,shall not convey any individual lots or dwelling
units within The Reserve until a backup special service area for stormwater management facilities
and other common area improvements is established for The Reserve.
