RESOLUTION
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PROVIDENCE SUBDIVISION—UNIT 1A
(3201 Water Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the final plat prepared by Cemcon,Ltd.dated October 29,2003 with a final revision
date of February 24, 2004 for Providence Subdivision — Unit 1 A, provided, however, that the
property owner of Providence Subdivision—Unit 1 A,Town and Country Homes,or any successor in
interest, shall not convey any individual lots or dwelling units within Providence Subdivision—
Unit 1 A until a backup special service area for stormwater management facilities and other common
area improvements is established for the Providence Subdivision—Unit 1 A.
